Veterans Day 10k
The Veterans Day 10k is coming (Nov 11th) and we will be getting a team together for this race. We have a rough idea of who is going to be running for the team. Max knows Kathy fairly well.
I will be doing one more up tempo day in preparation for vets this friday. If anyone is interested, I would love some company. I was thinking of something along the lines of 10 miles starting at 6 minute pace and ending in the 5:30s. I will be heading up to NYC at 4, so I would need to be done by like 1:30ish.
I am planning on running the 10k.

I might be up for the run. My legs are OK but I am not sure if I get excited anymore for the routine Haines Point flat out and back. Its time to let the next generation rule that one! Will see, though.
I want Ben to run the v-day 10K. He should be the honorary captain! Return of the Champion
