If anyone else we train with has an online log/blog, can you please post in "comments" below? I'd love to add them to the column on the right. It's great to read everyone's workouts/training info...but more importantly how everyone is "feeling" during them. I know I'm not alone.
If I had one, I'd add it...but I kant tipe worth a damn and instead write with a Cockatiel Quill Pen by candle light.
