I'll be back in town for a run Sunday morning, preferably a long one. I'm up for anything, but for the sake of getting the discussion started, how does Greenbelt Park at 8:30 sound? Then everyone can run their desired distance.
Adrian Macdonald, a potential new member, will be joining us Saturday. He is a recent graduate of Gettysburg College, my alma mater, and will be assistant coaching there this year. He will be living in Gettysburg but is interested in training with us on the weekends when he can and representing us at races within the D.C. scene. He's a hard worker who had a great senior season, both in XC and track. Among his PBs last season: 4:12 for the mile.

I'll be there Sat. Klim: I can go 90 minutes. Racing Sunday in VA.
