Dave burnham and I will be running from the alexandria marina where we'll go on the mt vernon trail for a lr with 4 miles of tempo to tempo+ effort in there
We're meeting at the Daingerfield Island marina, 1 Marina Dr, Alexandria, VA. It's accessible from the GW parkway north of Old Town. It's NOT the marina at the end of King Street.
