16:03 for second in Marietta, GA. First was an Atlanta Track Club guy in 15:15. Tough course, but perfect weather here in Atlanta.

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!

I went to the Turkey Trot in Alexandrea. I did not intend to race it but once I got there I could not restrain myself. I got a bib and jumped in. I was feeling ok until mile 4 when my hamstring seized up and became a ball of silly putty. I had to jog/walk to the finish.

The good=I finished albeit in some pain and discomfort, Susannah K, ran 28 and some change for # 3 for the women and she is now on our team. She gives us a shot at having the best women's team in the area. Andreas Wright won the master's division and he is now on our team.

The bad=I must now rehab the hamstring.

Bain and I ran the Turkey Chase in Bethesda. There were some errors in the gun/net times, but I think Bain finished 7th around 34:30 something and I was 10th right at 35:06. Looking forward to having the whole team in action at the Jingler all the Way.
