Would the B-CC guys be willing to run a workout on Tuesday INSTEAD of Wednesday??I was thinking 2 miles at 10-mile pace down the CCT (no track). Anyone interested in switching the date? I just want as much rest as possible, but perhaps I am overthinking?
UPDATE: plan is to meet Tuesday at B-CC for 2-3 miles at CB 10 mile pace...followed by 200m strides. We may run this on the CCT instead of the track.TUESDAY, 6:30PM
Cant do Tuesday, I need to recover from Sundays longest and most senseless run in my life. I'll do 2x2miles at 5'15'' on Wednesday.
