I was planning on showing up. What kind of workout do you have in mind?
I have to do a track workout and a 20 minute tempo run @ marathon pace this week. If there are going to be people at the Wednesday run I can meet up and do the tempo run in the middle of the group run. If no one is going to be there I might take advantage of the weather to do a track workout.
There were two guys that showed up last week, and I think with the nice weather, more will come!
i can probably do the tempo run, what's your marathon pace?
I'm shooting for a 6:50 to 7 minute pace for my marathon.
