Yo, despite pain and love and all of the complexities of being a human, I spoke to Keith Dowling and Chuck Moeser the other day. they are game for meeting a posse of some young runners at D-Run at 83oam this Sunday. For those who do not know, Keith used to train here and was the first american at Boston a few years back. He is a multiple marathon trials guy and was a pro runner for adidas for over 10 years.

There will be two options for the Sunday run:
8:30am - Difficult Run
10:00am - Duel Ferries
It is now posted on the SIDEBAR.
Duel Ferries is a bit out there, so it is good to have a second (closer) option in Difficult Run.
Contact Max if you want to run at Difficult Run.
Those running DUEL FERRIES who want to carpool should post in comments and arrive NO LATER than 9:15am at the parking lot in front of Starbucks at the link below.

What distance you guys shooting for?
I will see how I feel after the Shooting Starr 4miler, then decide either run Sunday or Monday.

I'm new to this group. Where does the 8:30 run meet and what exactly does "difficult" mean?
Difficult Run is actually the name of the stream or "run".
