Wednesday Workout

Workout at BCC for this week is 6 x 1200 cutdowns.  I am starting at 74's and will cut down to 72's.  with 2 and 1/2 minute recovery.

I'm probably doing this too, if I decide to not do the Goblin Gallop this weekend. If I do the 5k, I'll run 16x400 on Wednesday.

The Cardinal 5k in Chevy Chase (the next weekend?) is 10-15-secs faster than Goblin Gallop. The first mile is downhill and fast, the second is on flat/fast Beach Drive...but the 3rd has a lot of uphill.

I might show up to my first GRC practice in 2 mos...of course I'll simply stick to running easy on the track.

I'm in for my dress rehearsal workout 3 miles at MP. If Jimmy, Charlie and others doing MCM want to join.

Sam and Karl, I was thinking a bit of a fartlek or tempo type effort. I don't know if that's what you guys are looking for

I will get there around 7pm...and will run on the track while y'all workout. Just sayin this so you don't wait for me to warm-up.

I am starting my run a little earlier since I am not going to workout until probably next week. I'll meet up with you guys for the warm up and finish up on the track
