WORKOUT

I would like to do 800s this thurs or wed. i am open to either day. would like to start them no later than 5 as its getting dark. we can do them on the capital crescent trail as there are markers. all abilities are welcome as this is meant for anyone to improve their strength. I am thinking one mile warm up and then 8x800 with 2 minute recovery in between each one. Mighty Munro, Money, Matias, Dwyer, Melissa, Drew, Klim, Nate???????whoever................Its all love

it will be impossible to guage the 800 with a 2minute rest... (since you will not have reached the next marker in 2 minutes)

what we used to do, back in the day, is just run back and forth. in other words, 1 mile warm up to half mile marker. run 800 and then slow jog one way for one minute and slow jog back to the half mile mark. then we do full out 800 and just repeat the sequence until we are finito. i know, its boring but i am trying to be efficient.

I can meet up, but was thinking on a tempo run, but could be talked into 8x800.

I can do 6 pm at the store.

No go for Thursday. I'll probably end up doing a tempo run along the canal tonight. Four out, four back.
