Halloween Tonight

A bunch of people are talking about going out to Georgetown tonight for Halloween. M Street is typically shut down to traffic and the entire street is filled with costumes crawling from bar to bar. It's a bit crazy, so I figured I'd start a discussion here on the blog about plans.

Perhaps we can tentatively plan to meet at THE GUARDS at 9 and we can go from there? I will be wearing some sort of hat-themed ensemble. Since I'm going to cheer for GRC MCMers tomorrow from the Store, I plan to crash at someone's pad or sleep in the woods.

Comment if you're interested or have any other ideas.

NOTE - driving into the city tonight will be chaos (per the rally and Halloween). I suggest metroing.

Maybe you could stay at Cougar Inn and Suites...

I've checked into that place before and I'm not sure I want to go back...

Don't be so quick to say no to the Den O'Cougar...I hear the top-shelf scotch flows like water there.

I have actually heard whispers in the wind of the same effect....

Downtown insanity levels too high today. Will avoid bars like the plague.
