Intervals tomorrow

People, tomorrow I suggest that we meet up at 7 p.m at the GRC.

The session is:
warm up 20-25min
14x2min p1min jog
purpose: not to hard and not to much acid, dont get stiff. Else the purpose is to have fun together!
rundown 15-20min

the session will be done along the canal
