Philadelphia Distance Run Pictures...

those are great photos Jarrin. Muphy, is that one of those Titanium necklaces we sell at the store?
I read some of the blogs of you guys. Some of you are way too hard on yourselves. Be proud. Melissa, with some structured coaching you should/will be beating all of those Pacers girls in no time.
As Wilson would say, "thank you god for allowing me to finish the run and run another day" Life is short and the life a runner can either be a longer one of health and prosperity or one of pain and lots of limping around, depending on how you manage it.
