I am planning on doing a 20 min tempo on Saturday. I could either do it during the latter half of the Saturday morning GRC store run or in the afternoon. I plan on doing it in the range of 5:35-5:45 min/mile. Let me know if you are interested. I have a good trail in mind for this workout. It's got mile markers, earthen surface and is fairly flat.
What is this magical trail you speak of, Towpath? I may be interested, if you are doing it during the AM run from the store.
Sounds good, I will do it at the AM run. I guess we could do 4-6 miles easy with the group and then pick it up. Is the foot ready for this? Will someone be opening the store on Saturday?
i echo peter's comment on the foot. Chris, if your foot hurts in the slightest, take the time off, get fat, enjoy being a hedonist, etc..... you have years of running ahead of you.
I was planning on doing the Press Club 5k but I dont think Im ready for a race yet. So Im in.
I'll be all alone now at the race tomorrow (sniffle)
I was actually mulling over the idea of running Press Club but that is one expensive 5K race.
Oh, and any word on the store being open? Max?
