Wednesday Workout

Wiggy and I are running 4-6 x 800m at slightly faster than 10k pace at B-CC at 6:30pm. I am sure there will be another workout or two going on so please post what you have in mind.

I won't be able to make it Wednesday. I do plan on doing something on Thursday if anyone is interested.

Instead of getting soaking wet and commuting back via train and bus I am just going to do my workout out closer to home at AU. See you guys next week then.
