GRC will open for runners at 8:15am on Saturday. Per the race the next day, I am only going to run an easy 6 miles while others will probably run the standard 10. Maybe the Haines Point Loop would be best?
Yo, I showed up but I was 10 min late and I didnt catch u guys. Jake good luck tomorrow, hope your knee is fine. I might go to the 8k in Chevy Chase if metro is working so early.
Diego, that would be awesome if you came and ran the 8K with us. Metro opens at 7am but the redline is often single tracking on weekends. I don't trust the metro so I am biking there.
Taking the first metro I arrive to Frienship Heights 3 minutes before the race... good enough to warm up, too late to register...:( Ill do a tempo tomorrow. Maybe next weekend. Good luck Peter.

After a summer-long hiatus due to knee issues, I'll be showing up on Saturday to run with you guys. I look forward to meeting/re-meeting all of you.
