THEREFORE I AM RUNNING FROM MY HOUSE ON 16th ST INTO THE PARK AT 7:30AM FOR A 90 MINUTE RUN. ALL ARE WELCOME TO JOIN IN THE FUN.

Actually a 7:30 run on Saturday would be perfect. I need to get a ton of stuff done and would love an early start. I won't make 90 minutes, but I'll find a way to cut it off. Max called me out on my MIAness so I'll be there. I can meet anywhere. Max's place, DC/MD line, whereever.
I'm in if Riley's rumble is on Sunday. I'm going to test the bike endurance in a training duathlon Saturday morning.

i say we make it 6:30am to see if we truly are a team. its called making sacrafices and doing whats right for the majority! just kidding, but i am going to be there at 7:30 snow or no snow. Max

ok this is all too confusing. i'm just running 30-35 minutes so i'm just going to go on my own. i've been feeling great this week so thats a great sign. i'll be out on longer runs very soon.
