I'd be up for a moderate tempo... perhaps ease into it and work it at the end together-

I'm doing 7-8x1000m repeats at tempo pace with 1 minute recoveries tomorrow, so I'd be up for joining. I think the towpath would be ideal, but I'm flexible with location and would certainly prefer a late morning run ;)
i can meet chris down on the capital crescent trail in g-town at 10am. there are half mile markers so we can do 10 800s. i am not going to kill it but it will be good for me to try some speedwork. thoughts or ideas from others????????????????????? after we can go and sit in dean and deluca and be cool and drink iced coffee drinks and smile at pretty girls with fancy poodles, too.
I'd prefer MD/DC line but then again I won't be running a workout so leave the location up to those running a workout. My legs feel like hamburger...not sure why.

in the name of simplicity and not getting re-injured i am opting for dc/maryland line with some speedwork thrown in. 9:30 work? m
