It was a really good team showing as well. I think we've established a strong, consistent core. If we add in a wiggy, kyle, or an in shape munro... we able to challenge the best on any given day. pretty exciting!
wiggy, be honest, we all know you mean matias. it's okay... we know when we're out-classed. His are so good, he doesn't even need to wear the shape forming "booty" shorts.

Lots of PRs again yesterday.
Me, Melissa, Matias and Christiam all PR'd while Jason certainly ran a season best.
