PEOPLE SHOULD POST THEIR TRAINING

Please post your training. It might seem boring to you at times but it is where we are spending most of our running time. I think we all can learn a great deal from one another.

Athleticore is a pretty good website for logging miles.

runpr.blogspot.com

Now that the stress fracture has healed, I just started logging it online for the first time.

My logs are hand written via quil pen in a leather-bound journal.

At least half of the above statement is true.

In all seriousness, my journal is very detailed (like my post-race reports) with how I'm feeling, wildlife I encounter, with whom I run with et cetera.

Hand writing is still the best but it's also nice to have quick and easy access to graphs and colorful things. I use www.running2win.com and am signed up on FloTrackr, but never use that one. Athleticore is where the Hansons folks post their stuff and it's all public.
