Thanks to All
Just want to thank everyone for the good wishes for the Philly Marathon. I went out at the pace I wanted but ran into a hammy situation around 17 and ended up limping my way home...If I don't see you before the Thanksgiving Day, know that I wish you a happy holiday and hope everyone get all the tryptophan they need. I've run it twice. Once for fun and once as a pacer. Flat and very fast. In 2006 the World Record 20K and then half marathon were set there by Gebrselassie (55:48 and 58:55; the half marathon has since been broken at 58:33). Anyway, decent crowd support and the weather both times I ran it was low-50's at the start with no wind and tons of sun that warms things up quickly. Good place to set a PR.
i do not think i can break the world record but i will try
