I am going to run long...since I likely won't run at all on Sunday because I have to work a very long day. I'd like to combine both trails and road.

Jake, How far are you planning on running.
I would be happy with 15, but could work it out so that I loop back or jump off after running 10 or so with the group.
I will run a very easy 8 miles as I am running a 16 mile race on sunday
I should be good for 10 or so.
