tempo on thursday

Hey folks,

I am looking to do some hill circuits on Thursday as part of a 11/12 mile run. This will be in the morning- say like depart at 7:45/8?

Nothing too killer as I hope to start a mileage increase up into the 80s.

Jason, I will keep you company. If we can start the run sooner rather than later. ie, 7:45.

Hey Guys, here is a suggestion. If the two of you live near one another maybe one of you can drive to Pierce Mill. This is a one mile run from my house. I can run there and meet you at 7:30am. there are lots of hills and trails, as well. If you drive via Rock Creek Park, its about ten minutes from the Key Bridge. M

why not just leave your stuf in your car? There will be ample parking at 7:30.

its a pain because I have to drive home again and then go to work. Here is the deal. If I run to the store and leave stuff in the store, I can collect after and then run to work and change, etc.

If I run from my house and then run home, i have time to change and take the bus to work.

driving to and from the store in the early morning with traffic and all, is just too cumbersome. M

I will be leaving the store at 7:30. I will not be offended if you can't make it.

Ok Max I'll bail you out. I will drive and park ACTTSAP (as close to the store as possible) and you will arrive at 7:30 with your work bag and can lock it in my car as we go on our adventure.
