Switching Sides

As one or two of you already know, I am turning over to the Potomac River Racing team. I am doing this because it makes sense for me since I work at their store. I will however, before I retire my GRC singlet to someone else and officially become "the enemy", run for Georgetown one last time at the Cherry Blossom 10 Miler next Sunday. I will still meet up at regular workouts/runs whenever I can. This is a great group and I will continue to help push/be pushed by anyone in training runs. Thanks again to everyone for letting me be a part of the GRC. I will still see you all out there in many races to come..

This is a big loss for GRC and a huge gain for PR running. At the same time, it only makes sense that you represent the store that you work for and hope to move up in the position ranks within the Potomac River Running Co. It will be nice to have your knowledge and ability on marathoning to bounce ideas off of during the summer training leading to the fall half marathon and marathon. We have a large group of people going for VA Beach/PDR and Chicago... Whether you are running for PR or GRC... i consider you a valuable part of that lead up to our goal races.
Best of luck Sloane!

I'll only forgive you if your store starts carrying shoes in my size.

Give 'em hell!

Hey Frank,

I am in the Rockville location. The Leesburg store should open soon, which will be the newest store.
