Probably not light for me. I'll do 800s at 5:05-:10 pace.
I was thinking thousands, or miles again
I will be there and likely running a modest workout due to 1/2 marathon on Saturday.
I will try to do a big workout this week. I would like to do a ladder for a total of 4-5 miles. My tentative plan:(1) 2000(1) 1600(1) 1200(2) 800Optional:(3) 400(2) 200Rest and paces TBD.
Charlie, I might join you on your 1000s or miles then.
I will be there. I am going to do a cruise interval session... 4/5 x 2k at 5:10 pace w/ short rest... i would like to follow it up with 4 x 200 to see how my legs feel going quick after a threshold workout
I ran with you guys a few times in the fall and I'm hoping to get back in the swing of things tomorrow with a moderate workout, as long as you guys don't mind.Jimmy
Hey guys, the workout suggested by Murphy sounds like a good combination of some of the other suggestions?
I will be working out on thursday at AU since I have a commitment wednesday night. If anyone wants to do 400's on Thursday with me, let me know.
Thanks Dirk. I was thinking of amending it to something between my proposed workout and Wiggy's. We can discuss on the warmup.
actually, I'm kind of liking Joe's 2ks
