I was orginally scheduling a repeat quarter workout... however, a repeat 2mile workout would be nice as well! If there is additional interest, I am game for a tuesday 3 x 2mile workout.
There should be parking on campus, but there is almost always parking on Newark St at New Mexico near/behnd the church. It's a short jog onto campus and down to the track.
I won't be joining the crew for any workouts this week. Good luck everyone!
he guys, weather forecast for tonight is 20MPH winds, chance of rain and 47 degrees. Tomorrow night is 6MPH wind and 58 degrees. Would that change anyone's plans?
I have to workout tonight as I am leaving for philly tomorrow night after a 5pm appointment. I am going to try and make the best out of the 3 x deuce workout tonight still. If winds are howling, i just want to put a hard effort into it.

This might be a good workout for me to come back with. I'll try to make it there on Tuesday.

ok, I'm saying AU because it was free last Tuesday night. I'll be there warming up at 6:30
I'm going to try to make it, and I'll be driving. Anyone know of a good place to park near the track? I've run there, but never driven.

My legs are a bit fried from the weekend, would be up for workout Wednesday at AU or BCC to give them one more day of rest.
