AND THE VERDICT IS..............

after 13 comments on the blog I cannot figure out where people have decided to run on Sunday. I would prefer variety with some hills and such. I say we meet at the line and go from there. people can run whatever and meet back at the cars and then get coffee at starbucks.

joe, you can come and run on trails as I am sure someone else will want to join you. I think this should be a very controlled run. Maybe start off jogging for a bit and gradually build into it. considering everyone will be hungover from the night before, this might be the most reasonable route to take.

WE ARE MEETING AT THE LINE ON SUNDAY SO DISREGARD THE AMBIGUITY AT THE BEGINNING OF THIS POST

We can meet at the line or in Greenbelt--either place is fine by me.

On Saturday, I was planning to run a fartlek, most likely 6:30 on/:90 off. I'd be up to run this from the store if there are any interested parties. Let me know!

What up peeps...I've been gone for pretty much 1.5 months. I fly in on Saturday afternoon for five golden days before taking off again. I'm up for 20-22 on Sunday so long as it's not 5:30-6:00 pace. Time and place please...

let meet at the line on sunday as this is easiest for all parties to get to.

REAVES, you are superman now. I am not sure if there is anyone in the group who wants to tackle your training. what speed were you thinking of doing your fartlek at?

Thinking about it now, I'd also be cool with just doing a progression run, just picking up the pace in the second half. This might be the better option for a group run.

I was just hoping for something low key, but a little up-tempo from an easy run. Nothing too crazy: more of a Clark Kent-type workout than Superman.

PR - I will try and do what you're doing.

See everyone on Saturday at 8:30am

What/where is "The Line"?

I'm going to run the DCRRC SLR Saturday; if I think I can go on Sunday without risking injury, I will join you all on Sunday.
