arm? and I thought I was just the hand!v you running?

I am almost certain I will be running. The knee feels better today than it has in 2 weeks. The final call will be made post-warmup. Regardless, I will be there.

Am I rushing this? Without a doubt.

Jake, I have told the Pacers that you will win outright so you must run. As for me, I have been battling laziness this week and my legs feel like boards of steal. However, i will run and try and win an age group award. Watch out for Rolly. He has been running good workouts as was the man about town for years.

These directions are for me, aren't they? :)
Thanks, but unfortunately I'll miss this one.... good luck to everyone racing (this morning!)

hey guys, sorry I bailed on you all today. I woke up and was still hurting and decided... screw it, I have to rest. The muscles around my chest are entirely knotted up from compensation. my outlook is positive and I am already noticing some improvement. I may take monday off as well, just to make sure this is entirely licked. It was also fun and exciting watching you all race- a whole new perspective.
