Good question- nut sure but I did anyways...just said I still use the trail... said something about get dinner in bethesda and then go walking on the trail in the summer.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention, Jason. Since I took over your apartment I've been running on the CC at least 4 days a week so this greatly effects me. I'll let the neighbors know (except for the guy who lives in the basement because he scares me).

The form letter is addressed to MD legislators. Is it still useful to send the letter to them if you are not an MD resident?
