Any way that we could start the run later so that there is not such a big gap of time between the run and the yoga? I'd be inclined to stick around until 11 if we started running at 9 or 9:30.
I am fine starting the run later. In fact I would prefer this too. Let's say 9am.
I will be there if I'm not still ridiculously sore.
I'll be there for the yoga...and probably an abbreviated run.
